Situated in the bustling community of Mount Vernon, New York, at 16 South 7th Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY.  Victory Hall is your go-to event space serving Mount Vernon and the surrounding areas, we provide a versatile venue designed to host a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. We are equipped with essential amenities to make your event a success. On-site free parking WiFi  Security cameras and recording devices Chairs, Tables, Tablecloth etc.

Restroom, Street level access, Public Transportation, Soundproof, Wheelchair Accessible, Wifi.

We understand the importance of convenient parking, which is why we offer free on-site parking for your convenience. We offer a parking lot that can accommodate 10-15 cars. Additionally, street parking is available and not difficult to find. We do not have valet services at this time

General Rules

OVERTIME Per Victory Hall policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Victory Hall.

FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Victory Hall’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

At Victory Hall, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all our clients.

Please review our cancellation policy below;

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and guarantees your reserved date and time. In the event of cancellation, the deposit amount will not be refunded.

• Balance Payments: Any payments made toward the balance of your booking are non-refundable as well. This includes payments made beyond the initial deposit.

• Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your event or modify the booking, we require a notice period of 12 weeks. Cancellations made within this notice period will still be subject to the non-refundable deposit and any payments made toward the balance.

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Victory Hall has protocols in place so guests can book with peace of mind. 

We do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
